We want you to enjoy your stay and make the most of your time in the Hermann area; and we want to ensure that our home and land remain well respected.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check in 4 -7 pm; Check out before 11 am to accommodate cleaning staff schedule

FARM BREAKFAST SERVED DAILY

Hot Farm House breakfast served between 9-10:30 am each day (notify if will not be there please)

PRICING

Full payment at time of reservation with 4% processing fee on entire amount.
Cleaning fee $125 per Bin, if rent both Bins, then $250 cleaning fee.
Local State Tax applicable. $250 deposit collected at time of reservation.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

Minimum age of responsible party for your group is 21 years old.
8 Guests per Bin, 2 day consecutive stay minimum; see Reservation Calendar for exceptions or holiday requirements

CHILDREN WELCOME

Children welcome; please have adult supervision at all times

NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED

GUEST ETIQUETTE

Be courteous and respectful of other Bins guests on site.
Bring your House Slippers and fuzzy socks to wear for the Bins and the Common Area building.
We are a SHOE LESS facility on purpose, so we don’t track in parts of the great outdoors inside the main buildings.

No parties allowed, no outside guests not registered allowed on property, this is strictly enforced by on sight owners/managers.

NO SMOKING

No smoking is allowed except in the Designated Smoking area outside.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy, if you cancel within 48 hours of the date you place your original
reservation, 100% refund less service fees from booking service minus a $50 cancellation processing fee. No other refunds. More details on The Agreement available upon written request. Security deposit $250 collected at time of reservation

SPECIAL REQUEST FOR GUESTS

Please do not move or rearrange furniture, or put anything on the walls.
Please place all used towels on the shower floor. Our cleaning staff will strip all the beds, so please leave that for us to manage.
Take all kitchen trash to the Bins trash cans at the end of the driveway on Steinbeck Road side of property (gravel road area) making SURE lids are closed tightly to keep the native animals OUT. We would appreciate if you would wash all pots and pans and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you leave.
